and I am convinced her mom left our session thinking that I could not have possibly captured one good shot. This little one was fast! She has just learned to walk a few weeks prior to this session and wanted to test out the new skills!

Sharing a few previews from a studio session this week. Honestly, there are way too many...she just adored the camera and had the most wonderful expressions. Great to meet you both and hope the trip back to Boston was uneventful!!

I have been waiting for months to hear about this little one's arrival and pair together the "before and after" shots from the pregnancy and newborn sessions. While I am still working on the final edit, here are a few of my favorites so far...so great to meet you little one!
the next two weeks are filled with more mini sessions with the focus on more of the adorable baby faces. I have send a few finished storyboards out this past week and they are great fun. I have been customizing each one with the baby's name and printing them as 10x20 and 15x30 prints. Here is a quick peek at a session I am working on from last week with a set of boy girl twins...
oh, and we did quite a few in color as well...

I have recently teamed up with a local moms group and have offered a few playdate photo sessions. For the last few I traveled to meet the playgroup, but last week we decided to have the group meet here at my home studio and I am so glad we did! I did a series of headshots in their simple white t-shirts and I am just in love with the results...

This little 4 1/2-month-old was just so happy and full of expressions for his session last week. His mom called me earlier this summer after seeing another client's newborn session. Since he was a bit older than may average newborn, we decided to hold off for another 2 months to capture some personality in the images. Well, I can't wait to show off these previews...seriously, he is just too cute!
